During the meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of “MAN Truck & Bus SE,” opportunities for cooperation in the localization of electric vehicle production were discussed.

As part of his participation in the 1st Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov met with Alexander Vlaskamp, CEO of “MAN Truck & Bus SE.”

At the meeting, it was emphasized that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to expanding the local production potential of environmentally friendly and efficient electric vehicles. To this end, cooperation with international partners is being strengthened.

The parties reviewed cooperation opportunities in the fields of industry and trade, including the localization of electric vehicle production.
