As part of a visit to Croatia, the delegation from the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan engaged in an exchange of experience with relevant government institutions on state registration and cadastre of real estate.

The Azerbaijani delegation held a series of meetings with the State Geodetic Administration of the Republic of Croatia, as well as the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property, and the Ministry of Agriculture. The purpose of the meetings was to exchange experiences in cadastre and real estate registration, land and state property management, and to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

During the visit, the delegation was acquainted with the activities, information systems, as well as the implemented innovations and long-term strategic state programs of the aforementioned institutions. Presentations were delivered by Croatian experts on the digitalization efforts in the field of real estate cadastre, cartography, geodesy, national spatial data, land consolidation, and measures undertaken to ensure the efficient management of state property.

In turn, the representatives of the State Service on Property Issues provided information on the software solutions and information systems currently utilized in the field of state registration and cadastre of real estate in Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that an agreement was reached to further deepen bilateral cooperation and to continue the exchange of experience in the areas of digital cadastre and real estate registration systems, as well as efficient management of state property.
