The State Service for Property Issues ensured the payment of 66.4 million manats to the state budget from privatization and lease during January-April of 2025.

Work continues in the field of privatization and lease of state property. The State Service on Property Issues held 14 auctions during January-April of 2025. Shares of 4 joint-stock companies, 1 small state enterprise, and 324 vehicles were privatized at the auctions. During the first 4 months of this year, 123 electronic orders were received for state property put up for auction, and 18 online connections were made through the “Electronic Auction” software to participate in the auctions.

During January-April of this year, revenues to the state budget from privatization amounted to 51.6 million manats. This is 47.8% more than in the same period last year.

The State Service on Property Issues concluded 1,444 new lease agreements during the first 4 months of this year, including 190 for non-residential and 1,254 for land plots. During the reporting period, 14.8 million manats were paid to the state budget from the lease of state-owned real estate (non-residential and land plots), an increase of 19% compared to the same period last year.

Thus, during January-April 2025, a total of 66.4 million manats was received from the privatization and lease of state property. This is 40.2% more than in the same period last year.
