During January-February 2024, 60,093 ownership rights on real estate were registered by the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy. Of this indicator, 9,349 (15.5%) are primary, and 50,744 (84.5%) are re-registrations.

Ownership rights statistics on properties

During January-February 2024, State registration of 8,753 property rights on private residence and country houses, 13,248 on apartments, 36,258 on land, 512 on non-residential buildings, 1,220 on non-residential land, 96 on property complexes, and 6 on multi-storey residential buildings was carried out. 14,886 of the property rights registered during this period belong to Baku, and the rest to the regions.

Number of technical passports and mortgage contracts

During the first 2 months of this year, 43,765 technical passports were drawn up, 11,314 mortgage contracts were registered.
