During January-February 2024, 25.7 million manats were paid to the state budget from privatization and lease by the State Service on Property Issues.

Works are going on in the field of privatization and leasing of state property. 10 auctions were held by the State Service on Property Issues in January-February 2024. In the auctions, the share packages of 3 joint-stock companies, 1 small state enterprise, and 98 vehicles were privatized. During the months of January-February of this year, 119 electronic orders were received for auctioned state property, and 17 online connections were made through the "Electronic Auction" software in order to participate in the auctions.

During January-February of the current year, receipts to the state budget from privatization amounted to 18.6 million manats. This is 26% more than the same period last year.

453 new lease contracts were concluded by the State Service on Property Issues, 78 of which were non-residential, and 375 were for land plots during January-February of this year.

In the first 2 months of 2024, 7.1 million manats were paid to the state budget from the lease of real estate (non-residential and land plots), 21% increase was recorded compared to the same period last year.

Thus, during January-February 2024, 25.7 million manats were received in the budget from the privatization and lease of state property.
