In order to extract minerals from the underground area, the auction participants must have the necessary financial and technical capabilities and must submit the following documents to participate in the auction:

1. Written application to participate in the auction (attached);
2. The original of the bank document on the payment of the service fee at the auction;
3. A certificate from the relevant tax authority on the absence of overdue obligations for taxes and other mandatory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
4. Bank statement (statement) about the applicant's financial situation in the last year;
5. Full name, legal status of the applicant: If a legal entity - charter, TIN-certificate and extract from the state register, country of registration and details; if a physical person - identity document and TIN-certificate;
6. Information on the qualifications of the applicant: a copy of the employment contract concluded with at least 1 mining engineer and 1 geologist and a document confirming their qualifications;
7. Information about the claimant's material and technical base (necessary technical means and equipment for mining).

Documents must be drawn up in Azerbaijani language, in 2 copies.

In order to participate in the auction, claimants should submit the above-mentioned documents to the address of 31, Istiglaliyyat, Sabail district, Baku city, by 4:00 p.m. on June 7, 2023.

In order to participate in the auction, legal entities and individuals submit an application (hereinafter referred to as "application") to the Agency in accordance with Articles 29 and 30 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Administrative Proceedings".

Documents submitted after the specified time will be returned unopened.
