259798 extracts were issued for 9 months of this year
Positive dynamics are observed in the quality and quantity of services provided by the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy in the field of real estate registration. According to statistical indicators, registration of the property right has been carried out on 259,798 real estates during January-September 2022. This is 18.1% more than the same period last year.
63,315 (24.4%) of the 9-month indicator were initial registrations, and 196,483 (75.6%) were re-registrations. It should be noted that compared to the same period last year, initial registration increased by 30.3% during January-September of the current year.
36,718 of the registered property rights are private residences and country houses, 65,872 are apartments, 148,840 are land plots, 2,636 are non-residential buildings, 5,101 are non-residential plots, 589 are property complexes, 41 are multi-storey residential building, and 1 is perennial plantings. 26.2% of the state-registered real estates in 9 months belong to the city of Baku, and the rest to the regions.
In accordance with the Decree of the Head of State "On some issues related to the regulation of land relations" dated October 7, 2021, documentation of share lands that are not provided with ownership documents at the expense of state funds makes it possible to increase the initial registration index. Thus, compared to the same period last year, the initial registration of land plots increased by 2.8 times to 32,327 during January-September of the current year.

Technical inventory of 203,254 immovable properties was carried out and technical passport was drawn up during 9 months of this year. This means an increase of 17.3% compared to the same period last year. The number of mortgage contracts registered during January-September 2022 increased by 39.5% compared to the same period last year and reached to 51,347.
