With a view to further facilitate the appeal of citizens to the Ministry of Economy and its departments (State Tax Service, State Service for Property Issues, State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control) and increase citizen satisfaction, a single platform for the Ministry ­– 195-1 Call Center has been created. The Ministry of Economy and its departments can directly be contacted from any region of the country by calling the hotline 195-1. The services provided by the Call Center are free of charge.

From May 4, 2022, the Call Center 195-1 will work continuously on weekdays from 09:00 pm to 06:00 pm.
