“Our cooperation with Kazakhstan rests on friendly and fraternal relations. Therefore, it is important for us to develop trade and economic partnership”, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said this at a meeting with Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Special Representative of the President for International Cooperation Yerzhan Kazykhan. The Minister further stressed the high level of Azerbaijani-Kazakh relations and successful cooperation in various sectors of the economy.

The importance of effective use of the existing potential for expanding economic partnership between our countries was emphasized by Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Special Representative of the President for International Cooperation Yerzhan Kazykhan.

The meeting also talked over the possibilities of boosting joint efforts to promote transportation along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, improve the necessary infrastructure and develop a Unified Road Map.
