A wide range of state-owned properties and the possibility of convenient privatization boost the activity of bidders. Buying activity was high enough at the regular auction held by the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy on February 1. 17 vehicles were privatized at this auction.

A total of 75 orders for privatized vehicles were received, which made the auction competitive. Despite the fact that a starting sale price of the 2008 Nissan Urvan was 6.500 manats, the close price of the vehicle stood at 12.200 manats. Proposals were also voiced for Toyota Camry with a starting price of 10.500 manats, and as a result, the vehicle was privatized for 15.850 manats.

164.900 manats will be paid to the state budget on the state property sold at this auction.

Please be informed that the regular auctions for the current month will take place on February 15 and 22.

Using the official website of the Service (emlak.gov.az) or the Privatization Portal (privatization.az), everyone can make a choice on the state property put up for auction. By selecting the relevant auction service from the Electronic Services Portal (e-emlak.gov.az), it is possible to register for the auction and obtain the customer status after making the advance payment in the amount of 10% of initial auction price of selected property. Customers can also join the auctions online.
