In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the organization of temporary special administration in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan" dated October 29, 2020, the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy conducts a preliminary inventory of infrastructure facilities, land plots and other items of immovable property and integrates information into an electronic information system.

The inventory of 13,046 properties, including 10,229 real estates and 2,817 infrastructure facilities, has already been completed.

At the same time, an inventory of 1,532 km of roads, 292 km of electricity, 45 km of gas and 19 km of water supply lines, and 249 km of irrigation networks (canals, ditches, etc.) was taken. On the basis of orthophotomaps (electronic mapping), 478 thousand hectares of land were vectorized and integrated into an electronic database.

In general, the efforts was completed in 168 settlements in 10 regions, work is underway in 9 settlements, and 409 settlements were found to be completely destroyed and rendered useless.

Inventory work will be carried out as soon as there is safe access to other settlements.
