The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan will hold another auction on March 30, 2021. 101 state-owned properties will be put up for auction. Of these, 25 are small state-owned enterprises and facilities, 36 are vehicles, and 40 are state-owned stakes of joint-stock companies. Those wishing to register for the auctions can go to the official website of the Service (emlak.gov.az) or the Privatization Portal (privatization.az). In order to take part in the auction and obtain the customer status the advance payment shall be made in the amount of 10% of initial auction price of selected property. Customers also have the option to join online auctions.
