The State Service on Property Issues continues to take measures to enhance the knowledge and skills of its staff.
A meeting was held with the winners of an intellectual competition dedicated to the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture” and organised among employees of the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy. Huseyn Aliyev, Deputy Head of the Service, congratulated the participants who achieved high scores in the competition. The analytical thinking, level of knowledge, broad outlook and team spirit demonstrated by the employees during the competition were highly commended.
The meeting emphasised the significance of the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture”, the importance of preserving Azerbaijan’s architectural and urban planning heritage and passing it on to future generations, and promoting modern and sustainable approaches to urban planning.
It was noted that the continuous development of human resource capacity at the State Service on Property Issues, the improvement of employees’ knowledge and skills, and the strengthening of competencies such as analytical thinking, initiative and teamwork play an important role in the organisation’s institutional development. In this regard, it was stated that the intellectual competition held as part of the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture” was of particular significance for employees’ professional and personal development, while also encouraging lifelong learning.
