The State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy announces an investment competition for the sale of an enterprise as a property complex located in the Garasu area, Oryat village, Sheki district, in accordance with the “Second State Program on Privatization of State Property in the Republic of Azerbaijan” and the “Rules for Conducting Investment Competitions”.

The total price of the property complex is AZN 2.000.000.

To participate in the competition, applicants must submit an investment program with a total value of not less than AZN 2.000.000, specifying the areas, amount and implementation period of the proposed investments, as well as proposals for the creation of at least 50 jobs.

Within 30 days from the date of approval of the protocol on the results of the competition, the winner must sign the sale and purchase agreement for the property complex, transfer the proposed amount of funds (not less than AZN 650.000) to the state budget within the period to be agreed upon in the agreement, and fulfill other terms and obligations stipulated in the agreement.

Along with legal entities and individuals of the Republic of Azerbaijan, foreign investors may also participate in the competition.

Applications and proposals from applicants will be accepted until and including 22 September 2026, on business days from 10:00 to 17:30, at the State Service on Property Issues (address: 139 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Nizami District, Baku).

The evaluation of the competition proposals by the Commission will be conducted at the administrative building of the State Service on Property Issues on 23 September 2026, starting at 15:00.
