On June 17, a meeting was held at the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy with judges newly appointed to positions. The main purpose of the meeting was to familiarize the judges with the Service’s areas of activity, including the state registration of real estate rights, cadastre, and state property management based on corporate governance principles, land relations, and the organization of auctions, as well as the issues most commonly encountered in judicial practice in these fields.

At the event, information was provided on the institutional and digital projects implemented by the State Service on Property Issues, services provided to citizens and business entities, administrative procedures applied in the field of property and land relations, as well as practical issues that give rise to disputes.

During the meeting, current issues related to the state registration of ownership rights over real estate, the legal status of land plots, the use of state property, privatization, lease relations, and the clarification of cadastral data were discussed. Awareness of the activities of relevant state bodies, applicable procedures, and existing information systems is of key importance for the effective and lawful resolution of court disputes related to property and land relations. In this regard, the meeting held with newly appointed judges is beneficial for the exchange of views and the discussion of practical issues.

Within the framework of the event, questions raised by the judges were answered.
