NOTIFICATION

Due to the decision of the Competition Comission dated 13 April 2026, the deadline allocated for reviewing the joint-stock company and the relevant documents within the framework of the investment competition announced in connection with the sale of shares of “Garadagh Glass Factory” Open Joint Stock Company has been extended until 15 May 2026, from 10:00 to 17:30.

The final date of the applications and proposals submitted by the potential bidders has been determined as 18 May 2026, from 10:00 to 17:30.

The evaluation of the proposals submitted by the participants will be conducted by the Competition Comission on 19 May 2026, starting at 15:00 at the administrative building of the State Service on the Property İssues under the Ministry of the Economy.
