Shahbazov Rustam Adigozal oglu

Deputy Chief of the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy

Was born on June 29, 1963.

In 1989 was graduated from the Baku branch of the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics named after NA Voznesensky with honors, majoring in Accounting and Business Analysis.

In 1992-1995 he received postgraduate education at the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute.

Held various positions at the State Committee for antimonopoly Policy and Entrepreneurship Support of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of State Property of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Committee for State Property Management of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By  the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 14, 2006, was appointed as deputy chairman of the State Committee for State Property Management.

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 10, 2009, was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Property Issues.

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 13, 2020, was appointed Deputy Chief of the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.

Married, has 2 children.
